We're lucky to have Stef Carino back who will be speaking on food waste recycling / disposal / composting at health networks.

Dr Stefanie Carino completed her PhD at Monash University's Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food in 2022, titled "Exploring Environmentally Sustainable Hospital Foodservices". Her PhD research used qualitative methods to understand the barriers and enablers both locally and in exemplar hospitals around the world. She works in a unique and newly created role as a Sustainable Food Systems Dietitian at Eastern Health. She also leads Dietitians Australia Food and Environment Interest Group.

Following Stef, Stewart Cockram from pharmacy will be our local speaker and present on Pharmacycle and also briefly mention some results so far in relation to the Enkey application that we've had at SVHM the last few years - it's saved a huge amount of paper!
